Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just specify the mailbox you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
